What is it?

The energy measurement kit allows you to quickly and without interruption of the production process to carry out various energy measurements in your company. This gives you an initial, objective insight into the major energy consumers and the standby consumption within the processes.

The range of energy measurement kits is extensive:

  • Electric measuring cases to detect large and standby consumers.
  • Flow and temperature measurements in water pipes to map leaks and water consumption.
  • PLC I/O box to read various industrial sensors and capture process data.
  • ADD ON: Visualization case to display the different (energy) consumptions.

How do we proceed?

We start with a site visit, install the measuring equipment, and provide the necessary explanation. During the measurement campaign, we collect data via electrical, flow, and temperature sensors – without disrupting the production process. The measurement data is stored in real-time in the cloud and visually displayed through a user-friendly dashboard. Afterward, we retrieve the equipment and you will receive a clear report with analysis and practical advice.

ENERGY BOX:

With the electrical energy measurement kit, we bring the energy lab to your company, without process interruption, safely and live. This way, an initial objective insight can be provided into the various electrical energy flows or certain processes can be compared with each other.

In developing this case, we set three goals: We wanted to get rid of the USB stick and want to see live data that is securely stored, has good accuracy, and is implementable everywhere without process interruption.

With the energy measurement kit, you can easily identify the major energy consumers and the standby consumption within the processes and monitor this in real-time.

Advantages of this measurement kit

FLOWOFFER:

The Flowkoffer is aportable clamp-on measurement systemdesigned to be on-site aaccurate flow measurementto carry out liquids in pipes without interrupting the process.

The measured data isreal-time forwardedto the cloud via a secureedge deviceThis results in the measurementsimmediate and onlinedisplayed to be monitored and analyzed. This brings adirect overviewof the flow measurement, which enables rapid decision-making and efficient monitoring.

We have two different types of flow measurement cases:

  • The first suitcase can measure one liquid flow rate.
  • The other two liquid flow rates can be measured combined with a temperature measurement.

INDUSTRIAL I/O BOX:

The industrial I/O case enables your company to read input parameters from various processes and machines and then display them live. This case aims to provide you with an initial insight into data points that have not been monitored to date.

This measurement case has been developed to read existing sensors, and by using output cards, it is also capable of 'intercepting and forwarding' certain types of signals. This allows a process/machine to continue using the relevant sensor(s).

In certain cases, a process interruption is necessary to implement this measurement box.
